Personal data collected by the Administrator of the Website is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)

The Administrator of the Website makes every effort to protect the privacy and information provided by Users of the Website. The Administrator carefully selects and applies appropriate technical measures, including programming and organizational measures, to ensure the protection of processed data, in particular securing data against unauthorized disclosure, disclosure, loss, and destruction, unauthorized modification, as well as processing in violation

Purposes and legal bases of personal data processing
The Administrator of personal data processes your personal data for the following purposes and scope:
- for the purpose of Registration for the Conference, we process the data provided in the Registration form;
- for the provision of Services that do not require Registration, such as browsing the website, content search, or Services, we process personal data related to your activity on the website, such as data about the content or Services you viewed, data about your device's session, operating system, browser, location, and unique ID, IP address;
- for statistics on the use of specific functionalities available on the Website, facilitating the use of the Website, and ensuring the cybersecurity of the Website, we process personal data related to your activity on the Website, the amount of time spent on each subpage of the Website, your search history, location, IP address, device ID, data about your internet browser, and operating system;
- for the establishment, investigation, and enforcement of claims and defense against claims in legal proceedings and other enforcement authorities, we may process your personal data provided during registration on the Website, when ordering services, and other data necessary to prove the existence of a claim or arising from a legal obligation, court order, or other legal procedure;

The Administrator of personal data processes the following categories of relevant personal data:

Voluntary provision of personal data
Providing the required personal data is voluntary and a condition for the provision of services by the Administrator of personal data through the Website.
Data processing period
Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to provide services, marketing activities, and other services performed for the User. Personal data will be deleted in the following cases:
- when the person to whom the data relates requests their deletion or withdraws the given consent;
- when the person to whom the data relates does not take any action for more than 10 years (inactive contact);
- upon receipt of information that the stored data is outdated or inaccurate.
Some data, such as email address, name, and surname, may be stored for an additional 3 years for evidentiary purposes, handling complaints, grievances, and claims related to services provided by the Website – these data will not be used for marketing purposes.
Data about non-logged-in Users will be stored for a period corresponding to the life cycle of cookies stored on the devices or until they are deleted from the User's device by the User.
Your personal data regarding preferences, behaviors, and choices of marketing content may be used as a basis for automated decisions to determine sales opportunities on the Website.
Recipients of personal data
We disclose your personal data to the following categories of recipients:
- state authorities, e.g., prosecutor's office, Police, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, if they request it from us,

Rights of the data subject

If necessary, the one-month period may be extended by an additional two months due to the complex nature of the request or the number of requests.

You have the right to obtain from the personal data administrator information on whether your personal data is being processed.

- information about the purposes of processing, categories of personal data processed, recipients or categories of recipients of this data, the planned period of storing your data or the criteria for determining this period, your rights under the GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the source of this data, automated decision-making, including profiling, and the safeguards used in connection with the transfer of this data outside the European Union;

Right to rectification of personal data (Article 16 of the GDPR)
If your personal data is incorrect, you have the right to request the personal data administrator to rectify your personal data without undue delay.
You also have the right to request the personal data administrator to supplement your personal data.

If you have registered on the Website, you can correct and supplement your personal data yourself after logging into the Website.
Right to erasure of personal data, the so-called "right to be forgotten" (Article 17 of the GDPR)
You have the right to request the personal data administrator to erase your personal data when:
- your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
- you have withdrawn a specific consent to the extent that personal data has been processed based on your consent;
- your personal data has been processed unlawfully;
- you have objected to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that the processing of personal data is related to direct marketing;
- you have objected to the processing of your personal data in connection with the processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in connection with the processing necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the personal data administrator or a third party.
Despite the request for the erasure of personal data, the personal data administrator may continue to process your data for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending claims, of which you will be informed.

Right to request restriction of processing of personal data (Article 18 of the GDPR)
You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data when:
- you question the accuracy of your personal data – the personal data administrator will limit the processing of your personal data for a period allowing to verify the accuracy of this data;
- he processing of your data is unlawful, and instead of deleting personal data, you request a restriction of their processing;
- your personal data is no longer needed for the purposes of processing, but they are needed to establish, pursue, or defend your claims;
- you have objected to the processing of your personal data – until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds of the personal data administrator are overriding your grounds.

Right to object to the processing of personal data (Article 21 of the GDPR)
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, including profiling, in connection with:
- processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or processing necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the personal data administrator or a third party;
- processing for direct marketing purposes.

Right to data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR)
You have the right to receive your personal data from the personal data administrator in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit this data to another personal data administrator.
You can also request the personal data administrator to transmit your personal data directly to another administrator (if technically possible).

Right to withdraw consent
You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time.
Withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on your consent before its withdrawal.

Complaint to the supervisory authority
